DCA Pharmacy is celebrating its 15th anniversary of business this year. What started as a pharmacy focusing on diabetic testing supplies has grown into a leader of compounding medication for hormone replacement, pain management, scar therapy, erectile dysfunction treatment and veterinary services.
“We’ve arrived where we are today by focusing on customer care” said Hoy Allen, President and Owner of DCA Pharmacy. “Our personnel are trained with that focus in mind, which has led to our customers receiving their orders quickly and accurately.”
DCA Pharmacy is now licensed in 32 states and growing. Hoy credits that growth to a staff that shares his vision. “We are always exploring new ways to increase our products and services that can expand our business. That is only possible because our high quality staff believes in the customer service model that has gotten us to where we are. I believe we can continue growth that will lead to become a top 10 compound pharmacy nationally.”
